"I'm going to lose 20 pounds of Christmas and to provide sufficient to go running every day!"

All blocked the work well done.

But wait a minute-you have nothing done?

In recent TED talk Derek Sivers talks about keeping goals secrecy. According to studies saying someone goals makes them less likely to happen.

There are several studies for this backup.Peter Gollwitzer of New York University specialized in setting objective. in its view the (PDF) for a declaration intentions he discovered (in research 3), that people who have declared their objectives refuse them faster than people who aren't.

This flies in the face of certain thinking. many people share their goals and we believe that the disclosure helps you keep them responsible.
