What are your family food staples?

Ever wonder what staple foods are in another person's diet?

Here in England we have Gillian McKeith television show, "You Are what you eat", and while certainly not I agree with many of the concepts, Gillian love how it delves into the eating habits of these families, it lay out to the whole nation to see.

This makes an interesting review, if nothing else.

In less dramatic fashion Walletpop dietolozite recently asked what dietitians and food pantries are stocked in their refrigerators.

Here are some of their choices:

Nothing is very strange or startling there, perhaps, but nevertheless interesting.

Some of my weekly food staples include oatmeal, natural yoghurt, lentils, spinach and coffee (Oh and a little chocolate!).
